Executive Coaching Process

Using our proprietary process, ASPIRE™, Achieving Success through Proven Inspirational and Redefining Education, we help our clients shift their perspectives allowing them to move into action.

ASPIRE™

Executive Coaching Within Corporations

Depending upon the situation, the coach will conduct a review of all available information regarding the executive including but not limited to industry interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements/panels/workshops the executive has given as well as performance reviews and input from peers/subordinates/superiors/clients (if appropriate).

The initial interview is used to discuss job responsibilities, success criteria, business and career goals. The objective of this first meeting is to clearly define the objectives of the executive coaching relationship, the measures used to assess the success of the coaching and the frequency and depth of feedback that will be supplied to the employer. Regular feedback is given to the supervising manager with the full knowledge of the coaching client.

Should the objectives change as a result of insights gained through the coaching, the three parties will meet to discuss and agree to the change in direction prior to proceeding. The executive must be committed to his/her own personal business development and understand fully that he/she must fully engage and participate.

Executive Coaching for Individuals

Private Clients usually come to us for two reasons-they are proactive high achievers seeking assistance in creating a "marketing plan" for their career or they are having a specific challenge within their environment and it is not appropriate for them to access their normal mentor network. We base our process for creating career plans on traditional marketing techniques adapted to the needs of our Clients. We develop custom solutions for specific challenges.

Confidentiality

The success of the coaching relationship is based on a standard of honest and open communication during the coaching sessions. The coach agrees to maintain confidentiality within the boundaries established by the three parties (employer, client, coach)-or between coach and Client in the case of a private coaching engagement. If acceptable to the client, the coach will disclose the name of the company as part of its client list. However, the individual coached will not be identified unless specific permission from that individual is granted.
