When there is a need for change among a broader population we employ group coaching on an as-needed basis.

Individualized Coaching

Success Coaching:
Preparing for Increased Organizational Responsibilities
Engagement is designed for senior executives being considered for advancement who lead, manage, direct or influence the activities of others. Coaching is designed to assist in the development or refinement of key leadership skills. Typical topics include timely decision-making, executive presence, style-flexing, managing stress and building cohesive teams.

Performance Coaching:
Addressing Specific Skill Gaps
Engagement is designed for mid-level executives in management positions who have upside potential. Issues are likely to be discrete and skill-based in nature (effective delegating, executive-like presence in meetings, etc.) which are tied to bigger issues. For instance, often the ability to delegate is directly tied to an individual’s ability to trust others. An ancillary benefit of coaching for this audience is generally increased self-awareness.

Laser Coaching                                                                             
This approach is designed for competent mid-level managers with isolated, single-focused issues (time management, multi-tasking, etc.). Skill-specific focused coaching sessions held for 30 minutes over 4 consecutive weeks. All sessions occur on the phone as does the input/feedback session with management.

Praxis Sessions                            
Sessions are designed to reinforce behavior change established in original executive coaching engagement.  Coaching sessions focus on validating situational leadership decisions and supporting path forward.  Length and frequency of engagement is modified based on need.

Interventions:
Corporate, Team, Individuals
Interventions are used when there is a breakdown—an inability to collaborate, communicate, or partner—between individuals, teams, departments or companies.  Custom mediation is used to help participants move past barriers to achieve a universal understanding of issues so that the participants can co-create a plan of action leading to resolution.  In-depth interviewing of participants and those affected by the situation is conducted in advance.  Mediation can consist of one or many face-to-face sessions in order to reach closure.

A Note about Assessments
Depending upon the situation and the need, assessments are available to assist in evaluating situations and constructing practical solutions.  Assessments can help individuals and companies by providing context for issues with which they are struggling as well as insight into abilities, skills, values, goals, personal style and interests.
