The O’Keefe Group was founded out of a desire to help corporate executives optimize their opportunities and to overcome business hurdles which—if not properly addressed—could derail promising careers. Brainstorming solutions in a non-threatening, objective environment with a business professional trained in executive coaching can provide the sound, realistic advice needed to help solve work issues and create outcomes you really want.

We focus on one-on-one coaching with senior executives and rising, high potential executives. We apply marketing principles to help executives identify their “brand promise” and personal positioning within their specific industry. Working with both corporations, who identify coaching candidates, and a limited number of motivated individual clients, we focus on tying personal activities to results, and we do so in real time. By focusing on the present and future, coaching helps executives make better, more informed decisions.

Corporate America has lost many experienced executives to retirement, layoffs, mergers and acquisitions which has left a void within companies in both mentoring and the transfer of knowledge and skills. Financial pressures have impacted training opportunities and formal programs. We have developed targeted trainings to address the most common issues we come across in our work with high performing executives.
